We help adults reduce back pain and improve movement through personalized, one-on-one care that works with your body—not against it.
Are you frustrated with chronic pain?
Do you feel dismissed or not listened to in healthcare?
Have you “tried everything” without results?
Spark Wellness LLC is a physical therapy and wellness clinic helping adults with chronic back pain and persistent pain conditions, to build a strong, stable body and a calm, resilient nervous system.
Hi, I’m Kim T, your go-to PT.
I’m Kim Taylor, PT—a licensed physical therapist and certified Neufit practitioner.
Beginning in 1991, I worked alongside two exceptional physical therapists who emphasized individualized care, especially for spine and chronic pain conditions. That experience shaped how I practice to this day.
So with over 30 years of experience in the field—including home health, orthopedics, skilled nursing, and hospital settings—my passion remains to help middle-aged adults stay active, strong, and capable as they move through life.
I’d be honored to work with you!

No, we do not bill insurance (and what that means for you)
Insurance-based care can be helpful—but it often comes with limitations.
Treatment plans may be restricted by visit limits or reimbursement rules, and providers are often required to see multiple patients at once.
At Spark Wellness, choosing a cash-based model allows us to:
Spend focused, one-on-one time with you
Customize every session to your needs
Adjust your care without outside restrictions
The focus is on delivering effective, individualized care so you can make meaningful progress without unnecessary visits.
For Non-Medicare patients, you may request a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Medicare has very specific rules about what it does and does not cover.
At Spark Wellness, the services we provide to Medicare patients are wellness‑based.
This means they are focused on:
Reducing pain
Improving comfort with movement
Helping your body activate muscles more easily
Supporting your nervous system
Guiding you through gentle movement patterns
These sessions:
Are not physical therapy
Are not medically necessary treatments
Are not covered by Medicare
Are not eligible for reimbursement
Are paid for out‑of‑pocket
You are welcome to receive these wellness services anytime — many Medicare patients love them because they feel better, move better, and enjoy the sessions.
Because Spark Wellness is not enrolled with Medicare:
We cannot provide Medicare‑covered physical therapy
We can provide wellness‑based services that Medicare does not cover
This keeps everything simple, transparent, and fully compliant.
